The Roll Pack Eagle is a patent pending 3d printed tool built for the trips you look forward to all year—race weekends, short bikepacking missions, and any adventure where you’ll be using the same box for the round‑trip. It gives your cardboard bike box a smooth, stable rolling ride while keeping setup simple and travel stress‑free.

The modular wheel system uses outer mounting plates that securely hold the wheels in place and let you remove them with a quick tug. The only tool you need to install is an small screwdriver or a multitool to punch small mounting holes into your box. The wheel mounts stay attached to the box during transit, so all you need to stow in your carry‑on are the wheels themselves. Roll up to the oversized baggage check, pop your wheels off, hop on your flight, and snap the wheel back on when you pick the box up! 

Inside the box, an inner mounting plate distributes load and reinforces the cardboard, creating a strong, reliable connection with a easy to use hand tightened hardware kit. 

The Roll Pack Eagle features two rear wheels and two swivel wheels, delivering smooth handling and easy maneuverability. Each swivel wheel is equipped with a brake to steady the box on uneven surfaces. Thanks to the modular design, you choose exactly where the wheels go, allowing custom wheelbases for added stability—often outperforming even the premium hard‑shell cases your one friend always brings. This is cardboard luxury.
