Trail Borne Gear — Return & Refund Policy

Domestic Orders (USA)

Trail Borne Gear accepts returns on all standard domestic orders under the following conditions:

• Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.

• Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Domestic Pre‑Sale Orders

Domestic pre‑sale orders may be fully refunded only if the order has not yet been fulfilled. Once a pre‑sale order has shipped or been marked fulfilled, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.

International Orders

International Pre‑Sale Orders (Unfulfilled)

Unfulfilled international pre‑sale orders may be refunded at 75% of the purchase price. The remaining 25% covers non‑recoverable international shipping preparation, handling, and administrative costs.

International Orders (Fulfilled)

All fulfilled international orders — including pre‑sale shipments — are not refundable at this time. Due to international logistics, customs handling, and shipping costs, Trail Borne Gear cannot accept returns or issue refunds once an international order has been completed.

Additional Notes

• Refunds apply only to the product cost unless otherwise stated.

• Shipping fees & taxes (initial or return) are non‑refundable.

• Trail Borne Gear reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, installation, or damage.
