The 3D printed RollPack Nomad transforms a standard cardboard bike box into a smooth‑rolling travel case—perfect for trips where you plan to ditch the box at the airport. Lightweight, compact, and built for real‑world travel, the Nomad helps you glide through every stage of your journey.
Installation is fast and intuitive. Using the included self‑tapping construction screws as an anchor, the Nomad bolts onto your box in under two minutes. No special tools required—just your bike multi‑tool, the one you already bring on every big ride.
Weighing 700 grams, the Nomad disappears into your bikepacking bags or mounts onto any water bottle mount on your bike until you need it again (bottle cage hardware not included). When your trip ends and you pick up a fresh cardboard box, simply flip it over, install the screw mounts, and bolt the Nomad into place.

How easily does the Roll Pack Eagle install?
The Roll Pack Eagle installs simply in under 10 minutes. Make and punch the holes in your box, insert the outer mounting plate with the hardware going through the box, stand the box upright, pop your head into the box with the inner mounting plate to hand tighten the hardware that sandwiches the two plates together with a firm connection.
How do the Roll Pack Eagle wheels remove from the box at the oversized baggage check in?
Each wheel removes from the outer mounting plate (the plate that stays on the box while you in the air) with a slight tug and snaps back into place for quick removal/assembly.
Do I have to mount the Roll Pack Nomad on a bottle cage?
The Nomad can be stored either on an empty bottle cage, or be stored in a bike bag (yeah, its that small!)
Where are your products manufactured?
Each of the Roll Pack systems are 3D printed in the US (in my the livingroom)
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right. There are no returns on international orders.
